Details

The TSMU818A030AMO is a high-performance, highly integrated parameter measurement unit (PMU), consisting of eight independent channels. Each channel includes a voltage output DAC (used to set the programmable input level of the forced voltage amplifier) and two clamp input Dacs. Five resistance-based programmable force and current measurement ranges are provided, ranging from ±5µA to ±100mA, among which four ranges use on-chip detection resistors.


The measurement of the eight channel can be multiplexed online or in configuration, so there is no need for an external multiplexer. In addition, the TSMU818A030AMO also provides separate measurement outputs for the corresponding channels. These PMU functions can be controlled through a simple serial interface compatible with SPI. The 80MHz interface clock enables rapid mode updates and state changes through a dual-state dual-buffer architecture. The configuration register enables users to easily change the forced or measured conditions, DAC level and selected current range.
