The TPS563201DDCR is a highly integrated synchronous step-down (Swift™) DC/DC converter. The TPS563201DDCR is optimised for space-constrained applications, and its compact SOT-23-6 (DDC) package makes it ideal for scenarios where on-board space is at a premium.The TPS563201DDCR integrates both high-side and low-side power MOSFETs internally to minimise external component count. The TPS563201DDCR integrates both high-side and low-side power MOSFETs internally, minimising the number of external components and reducing overall solution cost and board area. It is designed to provide high efficiency, excellent load transient response and stable output voltage.
