Details

The integrated input buffer eliminates the charge feedback noise from the internal switching capacitor sampling circuit and simplifies the system-level design of the driver amplifier, anti-aliasing filter and impedance matching. In addition, the ADC14X250RHBR can also adjust the buffer to correct the phase and amplitude imbalance of the differential input signal path, thereby improving even-order harmonic distortion. The input sampling clock divider provides an integer division ratio to simplify the system clock.


The ADC14X250RHBR integrates a low-noise voltage reference, eliminating the need for external decoupling capacitors and thus simplifying the circuit board-level design. The digital output data is provided through the single-channel interface of JESD204B subclass 1 in a 32-pin 5mm × 5mm WQFN package. The ADC14X250RHBR can operate under power supplies of 1.2V, 1.8V and 3.0V. SPI can be used to configure devices compatible with logic circuits ranging from 1.2V to 3V.
