The ADA4870 is A unity-gain stable high-speed current feedback amplifier capable of delivering 1 A output current and 2500 V/μs swing rate using a 40 V supply. The ADA4870's innovative architecture is manufactured using ADI's proprietary high-voltage ultra-fast Complementary bipolar (XFCB) process to provide high-output, high-speed signal processing solutions for applications that require driving low-impedance loads.

The ADA4870 is ideal for driving high voltage power field effect transistors, piezoelectric sensors, PIN diodes, CCD panels, and other demanding applications that require high supply voltage and current output at high speeds.

The ADA4870 is packaged in a Power SOIC package (PSOP_3) and provides a highly thermally conductive bare cooling block for effective heat dissipation, improving performance and reliability in demanding applications. The ADA4870 operates in the industrial temperature range of -40 ° C to +85 ° C.
