Product Overview:
The MAX22165 is a fast, low-power, six-channel enhanced digital electrical isolator using ADI's proprietary process technology. The device has enhanced insulation and a tolerance duration of 60 seconds to the 3kVRMS voltage rating. Automotive applications and general-purpose devices are rated for operating ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to +125°C. Devices with the /V suffix are AEC-Q100 certified.

These devices transmit digital signals between circuits with different power domains, with power consumption as low as 0.71mW per channel at 1Mbps (1.8V supply). Low power features help reduce system power consumption, improve reliability, and enable compact designs. These devices have a maximum data rate of 25Mbps or 200Mbps and offer either a default high level or a default low level output. These devices have low transmission latency and clock jitter, helping to reduce system latency.
In addition, these devices are equipped with separate 1.71V to 5.5V power supplies on each side, making them ideal for use as level converters.
The MAX22165 has five channels to transmit digital signals in one direction and another channel to transmit digital signals in the opposite direction.
