TOP258YN is an integrated offline switching power supply controller chip launched by Power Integrations, belonging to the TOPSwitch-HX series. This chip integrates a 700V power MOSFET, high-voltage switch current source, PWM controller, oscillator, thermal shutdown circuit, fault protection, and other control circuits. It is suitable for low-to-medium power switching power supply designs, such as adapters, chargers, and home appliance power supplies.
