The A2C35S12M3 is a new series of plastic power modules designed to provide superior power management solutions for industrial applications.The A2C35S12M3 integrates a converter inverter brake (CIB) topology with advanced trench gate field termination and a six-pack topology.The A2C35S12M3 is available in either ACEPACK 1 or ACEPACK 2 power modules with integrated negative temperature coefficient (NTC) and a CIB or six-pack topology. The A2C35S12M3 features ACEPACK 1 or ACEPACK 2 power modules, an integrated negative temperature coefficient (NTC), and a CIB or six-pack topology. These modules appropriately incorporate the latest IGBT technology to minimise conduction and switching losses, thereby maximising efficiency (up to 20kHz). These IGBT modules are ideally suited for applications such as industrial motor drives, solar panels, welding and inverters.
