The A1P35S12M3 features a six-bank topology in the ACEPACK™ 1 package with NTC, integrating ST's advanced trench gate field cut-off technology. This new IGBT technology offers an optimal compromise between conduction and switching losses, minimising switching losses. The optimal compromise between conduction and switching losses maximises the efficiency of any converter system up to 20 kHz.A1P35S12M3 features DBC Cu Al2O3 Cu, six-group topology, 1200 V, 35 A IGBTs and diodes, soft fast recovery diodes, and integrated NTCs.
