The STGE200NB60S STMicroelectronics has designed an advanced family of IGBTs using the latest high-voltage technology based on a patented ribbon layout, the PowerMESH™ IGBT family performance. The suffix "S" stands for the fact that the series is optimised for very low VCE(sat).The STGE200NB60S features high input impedance (voltage driven), low on-state voltage drop (Vcesat), turn-off losses including tail current, low gate charge, and high current capability.
