LTC3125EDCB (Power Management PMIC) with a 1.2A input current limit, synchronous boost-type DC/DC converter

The LTC3125EDCB is a high-efficiency, synchronous boost-type DC/DC converter with an accurate, programmable average input current limit. The resistor-programmable average input current limit has an accuracy of 5% at 500mA and is suitable for a wide range of applications.

Other features of the LTC3125EDCB include <1μA quiescent current, short-circuit and thermal overload protection. The LTC3125 is available in a flat 0.75mm x 2mm x 3mm DFN package.
