The LTM4605IV is a high-efficiency switch-mode buck-boost power supply. The package includes a switch controller, power FET, and supporting components. The LTM4605IV operates over an input voltage range of 4.5V to 20V and supports an output voltage range of 0.8V to 16V (set by a single resistor). Fault protection features include overvoltage and foldback current protection. This DC/DC μModule® is housed in a compact, thermally enhanced 15mm x 15mm x 2.8mm LGA package.
