The TP70H300G4LSGB is a 700V 240mΩ SuperGaN GaN FET from Renesas, which is designed on the 4th generation SuperGaN platform in a PQFN88 package. The TP70H300G4LSGB integrates high-voltage GaN HEMT with low-voltage silicon MOSFET, achieving an electrostatic discharge (HBM ESD) level exceeding 2kV for human models, and features high performance, high reliability and standard drive compatibility. ‌
