The MAX3223EUP is a low-power, full-duplex RS-232 transceiver introduced by Maxim Integrated, featuring a 20-TSSOP package and supporting single-supply operation from 3V to 5.5V. It is suitable for applications such as industrial control, portable devices, and communication interfaces. The chip integrates two drivers and two receivers, featuring ±15kV ESD protection and AutoShutdown™ functionality, enabling stable operation at data rates ranging from 120kbps to 250kbps while effectively reducing system power consumption.
