5RCD0148HC3AVG8 (RCD) is a register clock driver for DDR5 RDIMM and LRDIMM. It supports DDR4800 server speeds up to 5 MT/s. The main function of 5RCD0148HC3AVG8 is to buffer the command address (CA) bus, chip selection and clock between the host controller and DRAM. In addition, it also creates a BCOM bus to control the data buffer of the LRDIMM.
