The AD9648BCPZ-105 is a single-chip, dual-channel, 14-bit, 105 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) powered by a 1.8V supply, featuring an integrated high-performance sampling-hold circuit and an on-chip reference voltage source. The following are its core features:

The AD9648BCPZ-105 is equipped with a variety of built-in functional features that can optimize the flexibility of the device and minimize the system cost, such as programmable clock and data alignment, generation of programmable digital test codes, etc. The available digital test codes include built-in fixed codes and pseudo-random codes, as well as user-defined test codes input through the serial port interface (SPI).

A differential clock input is adopted to control all internal conversion cycles. An optional duty cycle stabilizer (DCS) is used to compensate for large clock duty cycle fluctuations while maintaining excellent overall ADC performance.

The AD9648BCPZ-105 is packaged in a 64-pin LFCSP package, complies with RoHS standards, and has a rated temperature range of -40 °C to +85°C within the industrial temperature range. This product is protected by a US patent.
