The AD9628BCPZ-125 is a single-chip, dual-channel, 12-bit, 125 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) powered by a 1.8V supply, featuring an integrated high-performance sampling-hold circuit and an on-chip reference voltage source. It has the following main characteristics:

The AD9628BCPZ-125 adopts a multi-level differential pipeline architecture and is equipped with built-in output error correction logic. It can provide 12-bit accuracy at a data rate of 125 MSPS and ensure no code loss throughout the entire operating temperature range.
