The CSD95492QVM NexFET™ power stage is a highly optimised design for synchronous buck converters in high-power, high-power-density applications. This product integrates a driver IC and power MOSFET to enhance power stage switching functionality. This combination delivers high current, high efficiency, and high-speed switching capabilities in a 4mm × 5mm package. It also integrates accurate current sensing and temperature sensing functions to simplify system design and improve accuracy. Additionally, the PCB package has been optimised to help reduce design time and simplify overall system design.
