The MAX16625CAFC is a feature-rich low-input voltage intelligent power stage IC, featuring a 12-pin 3.25mm x 7.4mm FC2QFN package. It is designed to be used in conjunction with ADI's controllers to achieve high-density multiphase regulators. Multiple intelligent power stage ics combined with a controller form a compact synchronous step-down converter, providing precise single-phase current and temperature reports via PMBus. These intelligent power-stage devices include fault protection circuits for over-temperature, VX short circuit, I/O open/short circuit, power undervoltage lockout (UVLO), and main power overvoltage lockout (OVLO).
