NCV57080ADR2G is a high-current single-channel IGBT gate driver featuring 3.75 kVrms internal electrical isolation, designed for high system efficiency and reliability in high-power applications. Supporting a wide input bias voltage and signal level range from 3.3V to 20V, the NCV57080ADR2G is housed in a narrow-body SOIC-8 package.
