The AD9613BCPZ-170 is a dual-channel, 12-bit, 170MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC), designed to provide solutions for low-cost, small-sized, wide-bandwidth, and multi-functional communication applications. The AD9613BCPZ-170 is available in a 64-pin LFCSP package and has a rated temperature range of -40 °C to +85°C for industrial use.

The AD9613BCPZ-170 has the following main features:

6. Compatible with AD9643 pins, it can be easily converted to 14-bit products and is also compatible with AD6649 and AD6643 pins.
