The ADMV4640BCPZN is a microwave downconverter optimised for a wide range of Satellite Communication (SATCOM) user terminals operating in the RF frequency range of 10.7 GHz to 12.7 GHz. The ADMV4640BCPZN downconverter is available in a compact, thermally-enhanced, 6 mm × 6 mm, 40-pin Lead-Frame Chip-Scale Package (LFCSP). The ADMV4640BCPZN operates over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
