The CM600DX-13T is a high-voltage IGBT module, belonging to the Dual/ dual-unit package T series. The chip structure of this product has developed from planar gate structure to trench gate structure, and with CSTBT, it meets the requirements of low loss and miniaturization of industrial equipment. Compared with the traditional S series (sixth-generation IGBT), the T/T1 series has lower power loss and smaller size. In addition, the NX type and LV100 type have been added on the basis of the standard (std) type of the traditional shape.
