The CM500C2Y-24S is a member of Mitsubishi's IGBT module STD type. It is equipped with the 7th generation IGBT adopting the CSTBT™※1 structure and diodes adopting the RFC※2 structure, reducing power loss and facilitating the reduction of power consumption in industrial equipment. In addition, reducing the welding parts through the new structure and extending the thermal cycle life is conducive to improving the reliability of industrial equipment.
