Product Description

The TLE4998S8D is a linear Hall sensor designed for high-precision Angle and position detection ‌. The sensor provides a digital SENT signal based on the SAE J2716 standard. The signal consists of a series of pulses, each transmitting containing multiple data half-bytes, which include the sensor Hall value, temperature and status information ‌.


Characteristics

The main features of TLE4998S8D include:

Integrate two independent linear Hall sensor ics and a single-side half-byte transmission (SENT) drain with an open circuit

Output signal (SAE J2716)

20-bit digital signal processing (DSP
