Product Description

The TMS5702135DZWTQQ1 device is a high performance automotive grade family of microcontrollers for safety systems. This safety architecture includes: 

- Dual-core CPU running in lock-step mode 

- CPU and memory built-in self-test (BIST) logic 

- ECC on Flash and data SRAM 

- Parity check on peripheral memory 

- Loop functions on peripheral I/O 


The TMS5702135DZWTQQ1 device integrates an ARM Cortex-R4F floating-point CPU that delivers a highly efficient 1.66 DMIPS/MHz and has configurations that can run at up to 180 MHz to deliver up to 298 DMIPS. The device supports the word-invariant large end-order [BE32] format.
