Product Description

The STM32F334K8T6 high-performance ARM® Cortex™-M4 MCUs are based on the ARM® Cortex™-M4 32-bit RISC core operating at up to 72 MHz and embedded with a floating-point unit (FPU), memory protection unit (MPU), and embedded tracking macrocell (ETM). The family includes high-speed embedded memory (up to 256 kilobytes of Flash, 48 kilobytes of SRAM), a wide range of enhanced I/O, and peripherals connecting to two APB buses. The devices feature up to four fast 12-bit ADCs (5 Msps), up to seven comparators, up to four operational amplifiers, two DAC channels, a low-power RTC, up to five general-purpose 16-bit timers, one general-purpose 32-bit timer, and two timers dedicated to motor control.
