The TMS5702135DPGEQQ1 device integrates an ARM Cortex-R4F floating-point CPU that delivers a high efficiency of 1.66 DMIPS/MHz and has configurations that can run at up to 180 MHz to deliver up to 298 DMIPS. The device supports the word-invariant large end-sequence [BE32] format.

The TMS5702135DPGEQQ1 device has up to 3MB of integrated Flash memory and up to 256KB of data RAM that supports single-bit error correction and double-bit error detection. The Flash memory on this device is a non-volatile, electrically erasable, programmable memory implemented by a 64-bit wide data bus interface. For all read, program, and erase operations, the flash memory runs on a 3.3V power input (same level as the I/O power supply). When in pipeline mode, the Flash can run at a system clock frequency of up to 180MHz. The SRAM supports single-cycle read and write accesses in byte, half-word, word, and double-word modes.

The TMS5702135DPGEQQ1 device features peripherals for real-time control-based applications, including two Next Generation High-End Timer (N2HET) timing coprocessors and two 12-bit analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs) supporting up to 24 inputs.
