The HMC506LP4ETR is a Gallium Arsenide InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC VCO integrating a resonator, negative resistor, varactor diode, and buffer amplifier.The phase noise of the VCO covers the range of 7.8 to 8.7 GHz, and has excellent performance under temperature, shock, and vibration conditions. Phase Noise Due to the monolithic construction of the oscillator, the phase noise performance is excellent over temperature, shock and vibration conditions. Typical output power is +14 dBm and single supply voltage is +3.0V @ 80 V.
