The HMC431LP4ETR is a Gallium Arsenide InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC VCO with integrated resonator, negative resistance device, varactor diode and buffer amplifier. The monolithic construction of the oscillators provides the VCOs with excellent phase noise performance over temperature, shock, vibration, and process conditions. typical output power is 2 dBm at 3 V supply voltage. the voltage controlled oscillators are available in a low-cost, leadless QFN 4 x 4 mm surface mount package.
