The TMS5701115CZWTQQ1 devices are a family of high performance automotive grade microcontrollers for safety systems. The safety architecture includes dual CPU synchronisation, CPU and memory BIST logic, ECC for flash and data SRAM, parity for peripheral memory, and loopback for peripheral I/Os.

The TMS5701115CZWTQQ1 device integrates an ARM Cortex-R4F floating-point CPU that delivers a high efficiency of 1.66 DMIPS/MHz, and is configured to run up to 180 MHz, delivering up to 298 DMIPS The device supports the word-invariant large double-bit [BE32] format.

The TMS5701115CZWTQQ1 device has 1MB of integrated Flash and 128KB of data RAM with single-bit error correction and double-bit error detection.
