The TMS5700714APGEQQ1R device has a 768KB integrated Flash memory and 128KB RAM configuration with single-bit error correction and double-bit error detection. The Flash memory on the device is electrically erasable and programmable non-volatile memory via a 64-bit wide data bus interface.
