The AD8106ASTZ is a high-speed 16 × 5 analogue crosspoint switching matrix with a -3 dB signal bandwidth greater than 260 MHz and a channel switching 1% build-up time of less than 25 ns. The device's crosstalk performance is -78 dB and isolation performance is -97 dB (5 Mhz), making it suitable for many high-speed applications. Differential gain and differential phase are better than 0.02% and 0.02°, respectively, and 0.1 dB flatness at 60 MHz, making it ideal for video signal switching.

The AD8106ASTZ has five built-in independent output buffers, which can be placed in a high-impedance state to provide parallel crosspoint outputs and prevent the shutdown channel from supplying a load to the output bus. the AD8106 has a gain of 1 and is powered by a ±5 V supply, with an idle power consumption of only 30 mA. channel switching is achieved through the parallel control interface, and the outputs can be updated independently of each other without reprogramming the entire array.
