The ADG2128BCPZ is an 8 × 12 analogue crosspoint switch array arranged in 8 columns and 12 rows, with a total of 96 switch channels. The array is bi-directional and the rows and columns can be configured as either inputs or outputs. The switches can be addressed and configured via an I2C-compatible interface that supports standard, full-speed, and high-speed (3.4 MHz) I2C interfaces, allowing any combination of synchronised switches to be made and multiple switches to be updated at the same time using LDSW commands. In addition, all switch channels can be reset/shutdown using the RESET option. At power-up, all switches are in the off state. The device is available in a 32-pin, 5 mm × 5 mm LFCSP package.
