The TPS65983ACZQZR is a highly integrated, stand-alone USB Type-C and Power Delivery (PD) controller, optimised for notebook applications. It integrates a fully managed power path with powerful protection features to provide a complete USB-C PD solution. 

The TPS65983ACZQZR includes a high-speed multiplexer that depends on the USB Type-C cable orientation provided by the CC pin. The multiplexer passes the sideband usage data for alternate mode. The TPS65983B is available in a BGA MicroStar Junior package with 0.5mm pitch and perforations for compatibility with all pins.
