The STM8A family of automotive ultra-low power MCUs is a high density device with an enhanced STM8 CPU core that offers increased processing power of 16 MIPS at 16 MHz, while maintaining the benefits of the CISC architecture. The family offers further improvements in code density, a 24-bit linear addressing space and an optimized architecture for low-power operation.
