The LTC4367HDD protects applications where the supply input voltage may be too high, too low, or even negative. This is achieved by controlling the gate voltage of a pair of external N-channel MOSFETs to ensure that the outputs are within a safe operating range.The LTC4367 can withstand voltages between -40V and 100V and has an operating range of 2.5V to 60V, while consuming only 70μA of power during normal operation.

The LTC4367HDD has a 32ms start-up delay to prevent real-time connection bounce and block 50Hz and 60Hz AC power. For fast recovery after a fault, the LTC4367-1 has a shortened on-time delay of 500µs.
