The S9S12ZVL32F0MLF microcontrollers are a family of automotive 16-bit microcontrollers featuring 180nm NVM + UHV technology with integrated 40V analogue components. The series has many of the features of the existing S12 product family. The S12ZVL series is differentiated by an enhanced S12Z core with integrated "high voltage" analogue modules, including voltage regulators (VREG) and a local interconnect network (LIN) physical layer. the S12ZVL series includes Error Correcting Codes (ECCs) for diagnostics or data storage in RAM, Flash and EEPROM, a fast analogue-to-digital converter, and a fast analogue-to-digital converter. The S12ZVL series integrates several key system components into a single device, optimising the system architecture and providing significant space savings, resulting in an optimal solution.
