The HMC383LC4TR is a general-purpose GaAs PHEMT MMIC driver amplifier in a RoHS-compliant pinless SMT package. The amplifier uses a single +5V supply with 15 dB of gain and +18 dBm of saturation power. Consistent gain and output power across the entire operating band allows the use of a common driver/LO amplifier in multiple radio bands. Isolated RF I/O is matched to 50 Ω for ease of use.

The HMC383LC4TR is available in a RoHS-compliant pinless 4x4 mm package and is compatible with surface mount manufacturing techniques.
