Qorvo QPA9822 Linear 5G High Gain High Drive Capability amplifier is a broadband, high gain, high linear driver amplifier. The amplifier has a 39dB gain (at 3.5GHz) up to 28dBm P1dB.

The QPA9822 is internally matched to 50Ω over the entire 3.3GHz to 4.2GHz operating band and has fast functional on/off via the VEN pin.
