The CMD295C4 is a wideband driver amplifier in a leadless surface mount package ideal for military, aerospace, and communications systems requiring small size and high linearity. With a gain of over 27 dB at 10 GHz, the device has a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +16 dBm and an output IP3 of 29 dBm. The CMD295C4 is a 50-ohm matched design, eliminating the need for an external DC block and RF port matching.
