The MIMXRT1062CVL5B is based on the Arm® Cortex®-M7 MPCore™ platform and operates at up to 600MHz, providing high CPU performance and excellent real-time response.The MIMXRT1062CVL5B is part of the NXP EdgeVerse™ edge computing platform.The MIMXRT1062CVL5B features 1MB of on-chip RAM. 512KB can be flexibly configured as TCM or general-purpose on-chip RAM, while the other 512KB is general-purpose on-chip RAM.The MIMXRT1062CVL5B integrates an advanced power management module with DC-DC and LDO devices that reduces the complexity of the external power supply and simplifies power supply timing.
