The FSBB20CH60C is a new advanced Motion SPM®3 series developed by ON Semiconductor to provide a very compact and high-performance inverter for AC motor drives in low-power applications such as air conditioning. It combines optimised circuit protection with a drive matched to low-loss IGBTs. Integrated undervoltage lockout and overcurrent protection further enhance system reliability. The built-in high-speed HVIC provides an optocoupler-less single-supply IGBT gate drive, further reducing the overall size of the inverter system. Three separate negative DC terminals allow each phase pin current of the inverter to be monitored.
