The STGIPQ4C60T-HZ SLLIMM nano IGBT is a compact, high-performance AC motor driver with a simple and rugged design. The IGBT consists of six modified short-circuited rugged grooved gate field termination IGBTs with continuous current diodes and three half-bridge HVics for gate drive. It features low electromagnetic interference (EMI) characteristics and optimized switching speeds.

The IPM includes a fully neutral operational amplifier and a comparator that can be used to design fast and efficient protection circuits.
