The ADL5506WACBZ is an RF detector ‌ for RF signal measurement in the frequency range from 30 MHz to 4.5 GHz, with a typical dynamic range of 45 dB, mainly used in various wireless terminal devices. The ADL5506WACBZ offers a wider dynamic range and higher accuracy than solutions using separate diode detectors, with particularly good temperature stability in the −40°C to +85°C temperature range.
