The STM32H743IGK6 is based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC core and operates at up to 480 MHz. The Cortex®-M7 core features a floating point unit (FPU) and supports Arm® double precision (IEEE 754 compliant) and single precision data processing instructions and data types. A full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) are supported for increased application security.

The STM32H743IGK6 integrates high-speed embedded memory with up to 2 megabytes of dual-bank Flash, up to 1 megabyte of RAM (including 192KB of TCM RAM, up to 864KB of user SRAM and 4KB of backup SRAM), as well as connections to the APB bus, AHB bus, 2x32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix and support for A large number of enhanced I/O and peripherals with multi-layer AXI interconnects for internal and external memory access.
