The ATSAME70J19A-AN MCU is based on the ARM® Cortex®-M7 core and features a floating-point unit (FPU), with a maximum operating speed of 300 MHz. It is equipped with 512KB of built-in flash memory and 256 KB of multi-port SRAM. Up to 256 KB of multi-port SRAM can be allocated to tightly coupled memory (data and instructions), thereby achieving a zero-wait state at a speed of 300 MHz.

The ATSAME70J19A-AN can accelerate execution from on-chip flash and non-volatile memory (NVM), which is connected to a four-channel SPI and EBI with 16 KB of data and 16 KB of instruction cache.
