The SHT40-AD1B-R3 digital humidity and temperature sensor provides constant temperature accuracy over a wide measurement range with ultra-low power consumption. The SHT40 digital humidity and temperature sensor has a supply voltage range of 1.08V to 3.6V, an idle current of 80nA, and an operating range of 0% to 100% relative humidity and -40°C to +125°C. The SHT40 sensor comes in a small DFN package with a size of 1.5mmx1.5mmx0.5mm and is adapted to the standard SMD assembly process, making it ideal for high-volume applications.
