The R5F5651CDDBP device is an RX651 RX microcontroller in a 64-pin TFBGA package operating at up to 120MHz. The RX651 64-pin MCU delivers superior security and flash memory capabilities for industrial applications. Each MCU's Trusted Security IP (TSIP) and flash region protection support trusted root device operation. With the two-zone flash feature (BGO and SWAP), flash firmware can be easily updated over secure network communication. The 64-pin package reduces PCB footprint for iot edge applications.
