The MAX14774ATP+ quad SPST super-switch supports switching of analogue signals up to ±25 V using a single supply from 3.0 V to 5.5 V. The MAX14774 is configured as a quad SPST switch with four EN_control inputs.The MAX14774 has a flexible 1.62 V to 5.5 V CMOS logic interface.

These switches have an on-resistance of 2.5Ω (maximum) at 85°C and a flatness of 18mΩ (typical). At 85°C, the MAX14774 has a low on-state leakage current of ±100nA (maximum). These switches maintain performance over the entire common-mode voltage range, allowing signal integrity to be ensured as much as possible. Each device can carry up to 200mA (max) continuous current in either direction when operating over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
