The LTM4670EY is a four-channel DC/DC step-down μModule® (micro-module) regulator that delivers 10A of current per output channel. The outputs can be paralleled by arrays to achieve up to 40A capability. The package contains the switching controller, power MOSFETs, inductors, and all supporting components. Operating over an input voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V, each output voltage ranges from 0.5V to VIN and is set by a single external resistor. Its highly efficient design provides a continuous output current of 10A per channel. Only a few input and output capacitors are required.

The LTM4670EY uses the Silent Switcher®2 architecture with internal hot-swap bypass capacitors for low EMI and high efficiency. The default frequency is set internally to 2MHz and it can be externally synchronised to clocks in the range of 1MHz to 2.6MHz.

Fail-safe features include over-voltage, over-current, and over-temperature protection. the LTM4670EY is a lead-free RoHS compliant product.
